How we are funded
We receive funding from a variety of federal, state, municipal and private institutions, along with the United Way, client fees, third-party reimbursements and contributions from individuals and corporations.
How we strengthen communities
When someone hurts, the first step must be to ease the pain. Thus, our primary concern, always, is to relieve the suffering of our young clients and address the issues that are causing anguish. But we also know that by strengthening children and their families we strengthen our communities. By addressing immediate problems we can help prevent long-term physical and mental health issues that impact families, schools, communities and the state.
We reach out and address community issues directly by collaborating with other community organizations and by advocating for our families and their neighborhoods on local and state levels.
