What is Reach Out CT?

Reach Out CT is a support line you can call that will direct you to the resources or services you need. When you call Reach Out Connecticut at 844-TALK-4CT you will be answered by a trained professional. Our team members are experienced in providing mental health guidance and can connect you to outsourced hotlines or agencies if needed. During the COVID-19 crisis you deserve a compassionate listener who can lend an ear about your stress and point you in the right direction for whatever resources you might need.

This helpline is available Mondays-Thursdays 12PM-8PM; Fridays 12PM-6PM; and Saturday-Sunday 11AM-7PM.

Is it free?

Yes. This support line is toll-free and you can call back as often as you want. Our goal is to make emotional support and connections to resources more accessible to everyone in Connecticut, and you will never be charged for speaking with us.
